Over three days, we captivated massive crowds with a dynamic interactive game and a themed photo opportunity, both designed to immerse participants in the exhilarating world of Toyota Gazoo Racing. This event not only drew large numbers but also enhanced fans' engagement, reflecting the thrill and prestige of Toyota’s racing heritage

The concept for our Toyota Gazoo Racing event installations was driven by the dual themes of speed and health. We developed an interactive bicycle speed challenge game where participants competed, embodying the swift, competitive spirit of racing while promoting the healthy lifestyle essential for racers. Alongside the game, we introduced a photo opportunity featuring the new official Toyota racing suit. By allowing visitors to digitally 'wear' the suit, we engaged fans in a fun and memorable way, deepening their connection to the Toyota Gazoo Racing team and enhancing their support for the brand’s racing endeavors.

At the Toyota Gazoo Racing event, we introduced an interactive bicycle race installation, pitting contestants against each other in a thrilling competition. Utilizing bicycles equipped to measure the RPM of the wheels, we created a customized racing experience that sparked intense rivalry among participants. This setup was not only fun but also effectively conveyed Toyota Gazoo's brand message of Health, speed and competition. It allowed attendees to engage directly with the racing spirit of Toyota, enhancing their connection to the brand through active participation

For the Toyota Gazoo Racing event, we unveiled an automated photobooth designed to highlight the launch of the new racing suit. This cutting-edge system cleverly cut out users' faces and seamlessly integrated them into a 3D model of the racing suit. Participants could instantly download their transformed images and share them on social media, fostering engagement and support for the Toyota Gazoo Racing team. This interactive photobooth not only celebrated the racing spirit but also allowed fans to show their allegiance in a fun and memorable way.
